Bluefox did a new HVAC unit replacement. Arlee and Dave and team did an excellent job with the installation. They made sure all of my concerns on how we wanted it were addressed and also walked me through the details. They even fixed the issues we were have because of the old installation that came with the original construction of the house. They worked through the coldest days and snowstorm to get our heating back up. Broc our sale rep was excellent he made sure communication was prompt and even responded over the weekend. It’s only been a few days so I can’t comment on how durable things will be, but as of now we are extremely satisfied customers. And certainly feel confident in recommending this team to anyone.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. They came out and gave us the options of new parts or replacing the system. Since we had an old system we had it replaced. They installed a new furnace the very next day. They gave space heaters since we were in single digit temps outside. The techs that came out, Chris and Jesse, were professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. They explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. We also had the AC replaced since it was older than the furnace.

My furnace stopped working and i had 3 techs from 3 different companies come diagnose it. The Blue Fox tech was the most knowledgeable and even got it running again, but a cracked manifold made it unsafe to operate.
They quickly got me quotes for 4 levels of furnaces and installed it the next day. They even matched the labor warranty of a competitor.
Not happy to have to spend the money on a new furnace, but Blue Fox did a great job from the tech, to the office, to the installer.

My 92 year old mothers older oil HVAC unit just went out in this dangerous cold, and while the BlueFoxx team put together an estimate to be approved and get the parts ordered, a team of technicians brought out 3 additional space heaters to make sure my mother was warm until they could get things fixed! AND while coordinating all this remotely to help my mother, I got the kindest, clearest, most reassuring status updates from Joran in customer service on the status of everything's progress, what tremendous people! Oh and I forgot to mention, the initial service tech on-site offered to bring in more firewood for the fire, does it get any better than that? These guys are amazing...

Update: just had routine maintenance and they were friendly and professional. 5-stars earned again!

Update 2: had them install a house-humidifier unit onto the existing furnace. Blake did a great job on the install, made sure it was up and running, and cleaned up after himself. Another great job by Blue Fox!

We had an emergency with our gas line, and Blue Fox prioritized us and worked hard to solve the problem. We had 4 techs helping us for 2 days, and all were very skilled and professional. We had a service contract with another local company that could not help us with this issue, but BlueFox stepped in and knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

We have had six different technicians from Blue Fox out to our home over the last seven years (repair ductwork, furnace cleaning, repair A/C, replace A/C unit). Most recently, Felipe cleaned and adjusted our furnace. All of them have done good quality work, kept a timely and efficient work schedule, and did not perform unnecessary diagnostic tests or repairs. They are probably not the least expensive HVAC business in the area, but their work seems likely to be durable over time. [Updated in January 2026]
