Both times that Dylan H came out he was super professional and knowledgeable about what was going on. He actually taught me about how a heat pump works as opposed to the auxiliary heat and explained in terms I could understand!

We always have a good experience with Blue Fox! We recently had our normal maintenance visit where two issues were diagnosed. After a call to better understand the impact of these issues, we were able to quickly schedule a visit that was convenient for us. At that visit, the issues were revisited with Ryan more closely inspecting one of the parts and determining it didn't need to be replaced at this time. They keep our 24 year old furnace running smoothly!

From the initial site visit to the finishing touches, the technicians were respectful and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. My only concern was during the duct cleaning prior to the installation of the new units. Metal shavings were left on the floor and surrounding items where they cut into the ductwork to attach the vacuum. The cleaning was on a Friday, so I cleaned everything up over the weekend to avoid a metal splinter. I let the project advisor know the following Monday once they arrived to install the new units. He was apologetic and offered to send someone out to clean. I declined, and hoped that it was an oversight and that the install crew would clean anything I had missed. We had no problems with any messes left by that crew. It has only been a day, but happy with everything so far.

They were prompt and when a problem was discovered during a routine cleaning they were able to obtain the part and repair the problem. I felt they were very reasonably priced. This is the first time in the past three years when I haven't had someone tell me that my furnace needs to be replaced because it is old.

We had a great experience working with blue fox for our sewer lateral line replacement, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Definitely ask for Tylor - he was very professional and knowledgeable for the task, going above and beyond to take care of our property and going out of his way to try to make the damage to our yard as minimal as possible, while still ensuring we replaced the entire line to minimize risk of future issues. I definitely felt like he treated us and our property with respect.

We had another great experience today working with Tyler and Brenden for plumbing and hvac- they both went above and beyond in making sure we felt like we were taken care of and I can’t recommend them more

Highly recommend Blue Fox! We had a leak in/around our water heater and had been told by another plumbing company that the only option was to get a new water heater. We reached out to Blue Fox for a 2nd opinion and they were able to get us in same day. Jacob and Hunter were amazing - they quickly diagnosed it was actually the pressure relief valve leaking and would be an easy (and much cheaper) fix. Their communication was great and they provided excellent customer service.

Tyler did an excellent job replacing our garbage disposal. It was a little more work than normal but he did it with a great attitude. He did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well.
